PLASMA PEN SKIN TIGHTENING
Tighten loose skin and minimize lines and wrinkles
Are you concerned about loose skin on your neck, on the sides of your face or around your upper and lower eyelids? Plasma Pen Elite is perfect for theses issues. Plus, it smooths lines and wrinkles on the face, such as those around the mouth (smoker’s lines) and the eyes (crow’s feet) and minimizes deeper lines and folds, such as nasolabial folds and glabellar lines.
Non-invasive procedure
The Plasma Elite treatment provides an alternative to surgical procedures and to classic ablative resurfacing treatments, such as a fractionated CO2 laser. It is a non-invasive procedure that requires less downtime than surgery or classic resurfacing procedures. Patients will see improvement in skin tightening, tone, and texture, and a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles.
Important to seek treatment from a trained, medical professional
Plasma treatments are non-invasive, and generally, safe and easy to perform. However, just because a procedure is considered safe and easy to perform does not mean that non-medical aesthetic personnel should be providing these treatments. As with any medical aesthetic procedure, there are adverse events that can occur. Many adverse events occur as a result of technician error rather than flaws related to the treatment. Seeking treatment from a trained medical provider can provide better results and fewer adverse events.
Cost effective
A Plasma Elite treatment is a cost-effective way to tighten loose and sagging skin and to improve the appearance of lines and wrinkles, compared to a surgical procedure or an ablative resurfacing treatment. Plasma treatments generally cost between $250 to $800, depending on the area being treated.
Neurotoxin-free alternative to BOTOX!
Some patients may prefer a treatment for their glabellar lines that does not involve injecting a toxin, such as Botox, under their skin. Treatment with the Plasma Elite device can smooth out and minimize the appearance of glabellar lines and may be a great alternative for those patients.
Check out the images below. It shows a patient that is ideal for Plasma Pen treatment. The right image shows the area after the first treatment. In about 8 weeks this patient can come back from the second round of treatment, then we’ll add another picture so that you can see how the final result looks like.
Jet Plasma
In case studies that were done, the absolute best results came with using both, Jet and cold plasma technology. Jet Plasma works by penetrating the skin surface, the epidermis and the dermis (which of course weakens as it gets deeper). On the skin surface it kills the germs and bacteria by breaking the bacterial molecular structure. In the epidermis it dramatically increases the skin absorption rate by temporarily breaking the cell adhesion molecules. In the dermis it tightens the aged skin by balancing the membrane potential. It also stimulates the generation of collagen and fibroblasts by stimulating the circulation / rotation of water molecules and increasing the heat and friction.
Aftercare after your Jet Plasma treatment: Following your treatment it is important that nothing is applied to your skin for 12 hours. No makeup, no exercise, sauna or steam for 12 hours.
